Clear terms for made-to-order products, the statutory withdrawal period, return shipping and product issues.
Every item is produced after an order is placed. Products and the predefined colour or material options shown in the store are part of our standard catalogue. Production after purchase does not remove the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
We do not offer voluntary open purchase or an extended return period. Consumers have only the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day the order is received. You must notify us within those 14 days if you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Contact nordicnextprint@gmail.com before returning anything. Include your order number, the product you wish to return and a clear statement that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. We will reply with the return address and practical return instructions.
The product should be unused, uninstalled and returned complete and carefully packaged. You may inspect the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, as you could in a physical shop. Handling beyond this may result in a deduction for diminished value; it does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
The customer pays the return shipping and is responsible for the product until it reaches us. We recommend a traceable service. After a valid withdrawal, we refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. We may wait until the product has been returned or you provide evidence that it has been sent back.
A product manufactured to a customer's individual specifications or given a clearly personal character may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Any such exception will be stated clearly before purchase. Choosing from the store's standard colour or material options is not treated as personalisation.
The withdrawal policy is separate from your statutory rights when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Contact nordicnextprint@gmail.com with the order number, a description and clear photos. These rights are not limited by the 14-day withdrawal period or by the condition rules above.
